WORKSHOPS

I teach workshops designed for photographers at all levels — from curious hobbyists to working professionals. Group sizes are kept intentionally small (6–8 participants) to allow for focused attention, meaningful dialogue and personal growth.

I also offer 1–1 mentoring in photography and professional development, tailored to your needs – whether that’s deepening your practice, building confidence, or navigating the realities of working in the creative industries.

I feel like I’ve genuinely had a huge mindset shift that will not only help me in my photographic practice but in all areas of my life.
— Katy Docking (@katydocking), Exposure Therapy workshop participant

There are no group workshops scheduled for the rest of 2025, as I’m currently focusing on personal projects. If you’d like to be notified when future workshops are announced, please enter your email in the form below.

Bursaries for workshops and tuition are available. Scroll down or click here to apply. If you’d like to support the bursary and help provide someone with the opportunity to further their education, please click here.

APPLY FOR A BURSARY

In June 2024, I established a fund to support those needing financial assistance for tuition and workshop participation. The bursary can cover part or all costs for any educational service I offer, including workshops, private tuition, and mentorship.

To ensure the fund's success, I am pledging 50% of my monthly Patreon income towards these bursaries. Contributions to my Patreon also support my ongoing development as an artist and educator, as well as the creation and administration of new workshops and curricula.

Generous patrons also continue to make one-off donations to the fund, which are used entirely for bursaries.

Together, we help make these educational opportunities accessible to those who need them but could otherwise not afford them.

Application Process:

  • There is no fee to apply for the bursary.

  • Anyone can apply.

  • Fill out the form below indicating the amount of funding you require.

  • You may apply for full or partial assistance.

  • You will be informed of the decision within four weeks.

  • If you need help completing your application, contact me.
